EuroLeague
Khimki Moscow Region continued its preparations for the 2020-21 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season by re-signing big man Devin Booker for another year.
The 29 year-old is coming off a strong debut season with Khimki, which saw him average 11.6 points and a team-high 4.8 rebounds, also being the only player on the roster to start all 28 EuroLeague games. Booker was named MVP of Round 13 after amassing a career-high 24 points and 10 rebounds in a victory over ALBA Berlin. Before moving to Russia, Booker spent three seasons with FC Bayern Munich, where he was named into the 2017-18 All-EuroCup First Team. Booker's deal continues a busy couple of weeks for the Russian team, which has already announced new contracts for scoring star Alexey Shved and long-serving stalwarts Sergey Monia and Egor Vialtsev.
