Rimas Kurtinaitis, BC Khimki head coach:
— First of all let me say that my heart now is with Spartak, cause I understand the pain of our opponent. But someone had to lose. We won, and I thank our guys for their fighting with heart. We do not succeed in the beginning, but there is an important quality — the ability to unite in a difficult situation and score a victory. We go out the court not play, but to win. But this success is history already. We need to forget about it and look at the future. The playoffs schedule is difficult. Tomorrow the team will have a day off, and the day after we are to fly to Kazan. We need time to recover, not an easy job is to our medical staff. We are waiting for at least a heavy semi-final fight. UNICS is the team that dominated this season in Russia and in the European Cup. I have great respect and sympathy to Eugene Pashutin — he is a man with a capital letter.
