Artsiom Parakhouski, Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem center:

— It’s always tough to play in Khimki as it’s one of the best teams in Europe with experienced players. We wanted to win but unfortunately we lost. All of our players try to do their best and we try to play as a team. On Tuesday we had a tough game with Maccabi Tel Aviv and after it we flew out to Moscow and had only one day for preparing for the game. Probably this factor influenced our game but I suppose it wasn’t great disadvantage. I think the reason is the lack of experience. Khimki don't’ forgive mistakes we did today. My congratulations to Khimki.

Brad Greenberg, Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem head coach:

— Khimki is a very good team. Davis is a factor inside as well as all their there-point shooters. They got depth, a lot of big guys, and it’s an extremely well coached team. We had to play great game here but we played well at times, but not well enough. We got a lead in the fourth quarter but Khimki made plays to open up the game in the end. I’m really impressed with this team, a good basketball squad, unselfish and well balanced.

Marko Popovic, BC Khimki guard:

— Hapoel is an experienced team that two days ago defeated Maccabi T-A in Israeli League that is a great result for them and speaks for their strength. Today we showed a team game and played a good match in general, despite slackness in the end of third quarter. In the fourth quarter we played good defense and eventually won. We play hard every day and try to improve ourselves. We have respect for our opponent that has such great players like Halperin.

Rimas Kurtinaitis, BC Khimki head coach:

— Hapoel is a good team that managed to beat Maccabi T-A two days ago. So we didn’t expect an easy game that we had today. In the beginning we had a 18-point lead but in the third quarter we didn’t manage to maintain this advantage as we thought that the game had been already done. At the half-time and before the last quarter I told my players to be aggressive and play with double energy that we did at last minutes. We came up, played good defense and succeeded. Also we didn’t allow Hapoel to make many offensive rebounds and made little turnovers. I’m happy for my players, we did a great job.
