POST-GAME QUOTES

Rimas Kurtinaitis, BC Khimki head coach:

"Just two days ago we had a very hard game against CSKA Moscow. There was very little time to prepare for this game and we had concerns about our energy. Perhaps we were not as fast as normal, but we played smart basketball, were good tactically and had an aggressive defense. I am glad that we go to the eighthfinals from first place, because our group was very strong. Our opponent came down from the Euroleague and this transition is not always easy. Perhaps Limoges did not have enough enthusiasm and energy after taking off from the middle of the season in the Euroleague and to some extent lost confidence. I wish Limoges success. As a player, I spent one season in France. I love this country, its people, especially the local cuisine".
