POST-GAME

Dusko Ivanovic, BC Khimki head coach:

“Congratulations to FC Bayern. I think, tonight they played much better than us, all forty minutes. We had a good result after first twenty minutes but really didn't play serious basketball. We played looking for three-point shots, didn't play strong defense. It was a big difference between two teams. If we look at this game we can't consider ourselves as a favorite to win EuroCup. If we do it like tonight, we won't have chances. We knew that FC Bayern would play very strong. They started [the game] strong and finished it stronger. They did it with good pressure, they have good inside players. They played with intensity and at a high level all forty minutes. Tonight we didn't play at this level”.
