Georgios Bartzokas, BC Khimki head coach:
“It was a very interesting game for us to compete with EuroLeague champions. The conclusion about the game and analysis is very important if we want to show progress in the upcoming games. We allowed Fenerbahce to have very high field goal percentage, more than 60 percent. Also, they played better defense. If we want to compete against them now, we need to evaluate our team, to see and analyze the game to improve it. As for the tournament, of course I like it. Maybe it's one of the best tournaments in Europe. It's a high competition with big clubs; we've seen many overtimes that shows its level. We are happy to be here; the organization is great. I know, Zadar is a basket city. Last year I worked with Pino Grdović in Barcelona so I know exactly what Zadar means for basketball. Tomorrow we'll face Zadar. It's early to say about this game. Let's see what mistakes we made and try to show progress”.
