Georgios Bartzokas, BC Khimki head coach:
“One more time I would like to thank the organization of the tournament. It was very important for us to see how we could play three games in four days. It helped us a lot just to evaluate our progress and level. Unfortunately, we missed a lot of players at this tournament, like 5-6 guys. Going back to the end of preseason we will be all together to prepare the team for the upcoming games. Good luck to Zadar in the Adriatic League. We had some good and bad moments but it's normal. We are completely a new team with many newcomers, trying to build up our chemistry; also the coaching staff is new. In 20-30 days it's not easy to play well, especially when we have so much absence, I mean national teams players and some new signings like Robinson. They are not here yet. As I've said, we learned a lot of things at this tournament. We had good and bad times, but this is basketball and it's normal for every team this period”.
