Pavel Astakhov, BC Khimki Moscow Region CEO:
"The Euroleague is a competition in which there are no weak teams, but our club is in perhaps the most powerful group. We will meet the Euroleague champion, another Final Four participant and the other teams that show the highest level of basketball and are in the leading positions in their leagues. We have no time to spare, already from the start of the Euroleague, we have to turn it on and play our best. I think we can handle this and go to the next round".
Rimas Kurtinaitis, BC Khimki Moscow Region head coach:
“We got one of the biggest groups and the need to get used to the idea. It is not clear how the team will look for the start of the season, we are in the process of acquiring players. In the Euroleague there are no easy opponents. The road games at Crvena Zvezda and Bayern will be an important factor, their gyms are always crowded and the teams play with double energy. Perhaps they do not have great achievements, but they're strong teams against which it will be difficult. Real and Fenerbahce need no introduction. We will fight and we'll see how things turn out in the end."
