ULEB Cup. After match10 january 2008

At the press-conference there were many journalists. They showed interest in duel of Russian and German clubs. Both head coaches agreed that it was very difficult match.

Kestutis Kemzura, the BC Khimki head coach:
— After a bad loss in the last game, we lost our position a little bit against Pamesa Valencia in our challenge for the first place in the group. For the Skyliners, many of their most important players came back and they wanted to beat us. They made some tough shots despite us playing good defense. We stayed with our game plan and didn't let them run away with the lead early. We started the third quarter on a better foot, played more concentrated on both ends of the floor. It was more or less an even game with us being just a bit better in some situations. Derrick Allen played a great game, he was just unstoppable. Generally, I think we did a good job on Pascal Roller, limiting him under his average.

Murat Didin, the “Skyliners” head coach:
— I want to thank my players for their efforts, believing they can beat Khimki. Maybe we lacked a little luck today, who knows? Our three-point shooting was very bad and has cost us the game. I wish Khimki good luck for the rest of the way this season.
