BC Oostende won over Lokomotiv Kuban in one of the top games of EuroChallenge Day 2 of Top 16. The Belgian team celebrated 80:71 win to take 2-0 record on the top of the standings.
The opening quarter was the most offensive and productive in the game. Both teams nailed 47 points that gave 24:23 lead for the hosts. Stephane Pelle (205-C/F-80, college: Colorado) scored for 36:31 and Mitchell sent teams to the lockers at 40:35. The third quarter belonged to the Russian team that managed to win 23-17 and grabbed 58:57 after 30 minutes in the court.
