Lokomotiv Kuban,who are deep in preparations for the upcoming season are also waiting for FIBA BAT verdict as for the situation of Yogev Ohayon (190-PG-87).
The Israeli international already agreed terms with the club but the deal is stalled as his club — Maccabi Tel-Aviv are claiming the he has a valid contract for the upcoming season without any escape clause.
Kuban top brass are starting to be pessimistic about Ohayon playing for the club and already looking in the market for a potential alternatives for the Israeli.
a senior source at the club has stated that the words that coming for FIBA are that Ohayon won't be able to join their team:"We are waiting for FIBA to call their verdict between Ohayon and Maccabi,we are waiting a long time for it.in last couple of days we are hearing signs that the verdict won't be in our favor and Ohayon will have to play for Maccabi,but we are waiting to the final and official word from FIBA".
