Laboral Kutxa completes frontcourt with Darko Planinic 31 august 2015

Laboral Kutxa Vitoria announced on Monday morning the addition of young big man Darko Planinic for the next season. Planinic (2.11 meters, 24 years old) arrives from Buducnost VOLI Podgorica, where last year he averaged 10.1 points and 3.6 rebounds in the Eurocup, and 9.0 points and 3.7 rebounds in the ABA League.
He made his Turkish Airlines Euroleague debut with Maccabi Tel Aviv in 2012, but after just one season he moved to Croatia to play with Cibona Zagreb. He started his career with Siroki and played there until December of 2012, when he joined Maccabi. Planinic will be arriving to Vitoria on Tuesday to undergo medical tests before his official presentation.
