By putting up a masterful second-half performance on Thursday night, Khimki Moscow Region guard Alexey Shved set his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague career highs in scoring and performance index rating, and in the process earned his first-ever MVP of the Round honor.
In a come-from-behind 71-77 road win against AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan, Shved scored 18 of his 29 points in the second half. He made 6 of 7 two-point attempts and connected on 5 of 10 shots from behind the arc, including 4 triples during Khimki's second-half rally. Shved also dished 4 assists, and collected 2 steals, 2 rebounds and 6 fouls drawn, accumulating a PIR of 35, the most in Round 11 among players on winning teams. The highest index rating of the round belongs to Luka Doncic of Real Madrid. He posted a PIR 36 in his team's overtime road loss against Olympiacos Piraeus. Doncic netted a career-high 33 points to go with 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 7 drawn fouls. James Feldeine of Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade ranked third in Round 11 with his career-high index rating of 32 in victory over Anadolu Efes Istanbul. Feldeine scored his personal career-high with 29 points, making 7 of 9 two-point shots and 4 of 7 from three-point range, along with 4 assists. In a losing effort against Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv, Erick Green of Valencia Basket accumulated a PIR of 28 by scoring 24 points, dishing 7 assists, pulling down 2 rebounds and drawing 7 personal fouls. Rounding out the top performers of Round 11 is veteran power forward Georgios Printezis of Olympiacos, who collected 21 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 4 draw fouls for a PIR of 27 in his team's victory over Madrid.

Individual highs: Kevin Pangos of Zalgiris Kaunas, 11 assists

Doncic was the top scorer of Round 11 with 33 points, which was not only his career-high but also the best for a Real Madrid player this century and the most in a EuroLeague game in more than a year. After 11 games, Doncic and Shved are tied as the league's scoring leaders, averaging 20.9 points per contest. Edgaras Ulanovas of Zalgiris Kaunas pulled down career-high 11 rebounds to lead all players in Round 11. Khimki’s Thomas Robinson leads the rebounding chart this season with 7.8 per contest. Zalgiris had another statistical category leader in Round 11, as playmaker Kevin Pangos dished 11 assists, his career best. Nick Calathes of Panathinaikos Superfoods Athens tops the charts averaging 7.5 assists this season. Three players had 4 steals in Round 11: Madrid's Jaycee Carroll, Brad Wanamaker of Fenerbahce Dogus Istanbul and Feldeine. Rakim Sanders of FC Barcelona Lassa is EuroLeague leader in steals with 1.7 per contest. Alex Tyus of Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv and Nikola Milutinov of Olympiacos had 3 blocks each, the most of all players this past week. Tibor Pleiss of Valencia is EuroLeague leader in blocks with 1.7 per night. The lone double-double of this round belongs to Pangos, who had 12 points and 11 assists.
