Khimki inks ace shooter Prather 25 july 2018

Khimki Moscow Region signed swingman Casey Prather to a contract for the 2018-19 campaign with an option for a second season, the club announced Tuesday.
Prather (1.96 meters, 27 years old) split last season between Melbourne United in Australia and Promitheas Patras of Greece. He averaged 16.6 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.4 steals in helping Melbourne win the Australian championship. It was his third staright Aussie championship after winning with Perth in 2017 and 2016. Prather also played briefly for ratiopharm Ulm in Germany at the end of the 2016-17 season. Before that Prather played college basketball at the Universtiy of Florida, where he was a teammate of Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv star Scottie Wilbekin.
