BC Khimki signed new playmaker 9 june 2008
The Moscow Region club signed a 2-years contract with the guard from Belize Milt Palacio. A 30-years playmaker after graduating Colorado State College in 1999, sighed a contract with “Vancouver”. Since then Palacio had played in many NBA teams. In 2007 he run over Serbia to play in “Partizan” Belgrade.
