BC Khimki will play in VTB United League 2012-13 group A15 july 2012
On Sunday, July 15 VTB United League Council was held in Tallinn, where teams — tounrament participants and the format of the competition were asserted. Moreover a draw ceremony was conducted: BC Khimki got to Group A.

BC Khimki Moscow Region, Spartak Saint Petersburg, UNICS Kazan, Azovmash Ukraine, Krasnye Krylia Samara, Astana Kazakhstan, PGE Turow Zgorzelec Poland, Lietuvos Rytas Lithuania, BC Kalev Estonia, Wild card (will be determined later)

— The system of a tournament is good, regular season is to be long and interesting. I think our group is slightly stronger than the second ten. But now it's hard to talk about the power of rivals, the clubs still continue the recruitment of their rosters. As for my team I can say that we will fight for the top places.
