After the loss in Eurocup against Pepsi JuveCaserta, the management of Krasnie Krilya Samara decided to fire coach Mikhail Mikhailov.
The Russian team is 2-2 in Russian PBL after four games despite an important market in the summer which took to the team players as Primoz Brezec (216-F/C-79), Jermareo Davidson (208-F-84, college: Alabama) and Gerald Green (203-G/F-86, agency: Lanshire Group).
Mikhailov was hired last February and reached with the team from Samara the final in Eurochallenge, game lost against Gottingen.
Vladislav Konovalov , who assistant coach, will take the place of Mikhailov for the next two games.
