Partizan inks Aussie talent Wilson to three-year deal

Partizan NIS Belgrade signed promising Australian guard Tom Wilson to a three-year deal, the club announced on Thursday.
Wilson (1.94 meters, 20 years old) arrives from Melbourne Tigers of his native Australia, where he averaged 19.7 points, with 5.6 rebounds and 2.4 assists over 17 games in the South East Australian Basketball League last season. He had started the year in the United States at Southern Methodist University before returning home. Growing up, Wilson played at the Australian Basketball Academy and for Frankston in the Australian League. He was captain of the U17 Australian national team, which won the silver medal at the 2014 World Championships.
