Cedevita Zagreb signed point guard Will Cherry for the coming season.
Cherry (1.85 meters, 26 years old) arrives from Turkish club Gaziantep, for which he averaged 11.1 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.0 assists in the Turkish League last season. Cherry returns to the 7DAYS EuroCup after leading ALBA Berlin to the eighthfinals two seasons ago. He made his professional debut in 2013 with Canton in the D-League and played for Cleveland in the NBA and Zalgiris Kaunas in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague the following season. Cherry helped Zalgiris to the Lithuanian League and Cup double in 2015 and won the 2016 German Cup with ALBA.
