Khimki's Gill to miss three weeks

Khimki Moscow Region continues to have problems with injuries to key players. After losing Alexey Shved to a broken pinky finger, the club announced on Saturday that starting forward Anthony Gill is going to miss time due to a back injury.
Gill, who experienced issues with his back in recent weeks, had detailed medical tests after Round 11 road games against FC Bayern Munich which revealed he is expected to miss three weeks while undergoing treatments. This season, his second in the competition, Gill has started in all 10 games in which he appeared averaging 11.8 points while shooting 75.5% inside the arc, and also posts 3.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game.
