The team of Russia yielded to Spain in the semifinal of the U20 European Championship Men. Our team took the lead, but couldn’t hold it; the team of Spain sealed the victory — 69-76 (25-17, 15-21, 17-16, 12-22). BC Khimki player Aleksey Shved had 13 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists on his credit. His teammate Petr Gubanov scored 3 points and rebounded 6 times. Now the Russian team will play with the team of Italy for the bronze medals.
