The U20 European Championship Men came to the end. Unfortunately Russian team failed to win medals. The BC Khimki player Aleksey Shved played very effectually and was included in symbolical five. Shved averaged 16,3 points, the best result in Russian team. And Petr Gubanov is the best player, coming on as a substitution.

Besides Shved, rounding out the remainder of the All-Tournament team – chosen by coaches and selected media – were Italian small forward Luigi Da Tome, Serbian power forward Dragan Labovic, Spanish center Xavier Rey and the playmaker, the MVP Milos Teodosic.
