PRE-GAME QUOTES

Rimas Kurtinaitis, BC Khimki head coach:

“Zalgiris replaced head coach from Krapikas to Jasikevicius who made several changes to the squad. The temper of the team has changed; they got aggression and the total desire to play. Jasikevicius uses rotation actively and everyone in the team is striving to go to the court. I would like to point out the very energy they played with against Real Madrid and Olympiacos. I think it will be a very tough game”.

Dmitry Sokolov, BC Khimki center:

“Zalgiris is a good team as they constantly play in the Euroleague. It’s a high-level team and every year they have good players in the roster. Zalgiris is always fighting and showing good basketball. Last week they had a great game with Olympiacos so it’s a very solid and tough opponent. We are preparing very seriously to face them. At this stage of the Euroleague you don’t have weak rivals as every team may beat one another”.
