Slovenian international power forward Matjaz Smodis (205-F-79) has been diagnosed with a heart problem and will abstain from any team activity until further notice.
The full announcement by CSKA Moscow reads as following:
'Our teams forward Matjaz Smodis is out because of recently diagnosed heart problems. The player is advised to take full rest for a week, then he will undergo detailed examination which will allow to talk about the perspectives of his return on the floor.
Thus one more team leader is added to CSKA injured list army men hospital still hosts Alexander Kaun (back), Victor Khryapa (ankle) and JR Holden (leg).'
