Nizhny Novgorod have decided to part ways with Dmitry Kulagin (195-G-92). The 18-year-old guard joined Nizhny Novgorod in 2009. Last season the guard notched 5.0 points, 2.3 boards and 1.2 assists per game in EuroChallenge. In Russian PBL Dmitry Kulagin posted 8.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.7 assists per appearance.
