0-20 run helped Khimki make history 25  october  2019

EuroLeague
FC Bayern Munich had been a tough opponent for Khimki Moscow Region over the years. Bayern had beaten Khimki four times in the EuroLeague and twice in the 7DAYS EuroCup since the teams' first meeting back in 2015. One of those games went to overtime, in the 2016-17 EuroCup, and Bayern ended up winning it by 22 points, 74-96, after a 2-24 extra period.
Khimki came without one of its two former Bayern players, Stefan Jovic. The other, Devin Booker, received a trophy and a warm welcome in a pre-game ceremony. It was clear that Khimki would need something extraordinary to finally beat Bayern, and that is exactly what happened.
