Beninese Mouphtaou Yarou (208-F-90) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's second-best Radnicki KG and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 7.
The 23-year old forward had a double-double of 27 points and eighteen rebounds, while his team was edged out by Nilan Bisons (#5, 3-4) 75-73. Radnicki KG maintains the 2nd position in Eurocup group H. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Radnicki KG will need to avoid more loses keep or improve their 4-3 record. Yarou turned to be Radnicki KG's top player in his first season with the team. Villanova University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Yarou leads league in rebounds with 13.1rpg. Yarou is in league's top in and averages solid 69.4% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 27-year old American power forward Marcus Lewis (205-F/C-86) of second-ranked Gravelines. Lewis impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 26 points and 11 rebounds. Bad luck as Gravelines was edged by slightly lower-ranked Telekom Bsk (#3, 4-3) 80-77. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the top position in group D. Gravelines still maintains its place in the top 2 of the standings, even despite this loss. His team's 5-2 record is not bad at all. Lewis is a newcomer at Gravelines and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was American John Williamson (200-F/C-86, agency: KMG Sports Management) of Nilan Bisons (#5). Williamson scored 28 points and grabbed eight rebounds. He was a key player of Nilan Bisons, leading his team to a 75-73 win against the higher-ranked Radnicki KG (#2, 4-3). The chances of Nilan Bisons ranking at the top of group H, however are very questionable as they have already lost 4 games, recording just three victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Williamson could help Nilan Bisons to bring them higher in the standings. Williamson has a very solid season. In 3 games in Eurocup he scored 18.7ppg.
