Serbia conquered the Turgut Atakol Tournament trophy. They overcame Bulgaria in the Final. Nikola Jankovic (205-PF-94, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 19 points to pace the winners.
Serbia used an 8:0 run late in the first period to clear off. They ensured a 25:16 lead at the first break. Bulgaria cut the deficit in the second quarter. They got within just three points at the interval. Aleksandar Vezenkov (206-PF-95, college: Xavier) opened the second half with a three-pointer to level things up at 41. But Serbia regained the advantage and finished three quarter up by three points 62:59. Serbia finished the game strong and sealed a comfortable victory. Nikola Rebic (188-PG-95) provided 16 points, while Ognjen Jaramaz (191-PG-95, agency: Beo Basket) and Marko Tejic (209-C/F-95) had 14 points each in the win. Aleksandar Vezenkov tallied 28 points for Bulgaria. Vasil Mihaylov (197-G/F-94) had 12 points in the loss.
