Russia dominated their last game at the Turgut Atakol Tournament. They cruised past Montenegro to occupy the fifth position. Aleksey Babushkin (196-F-94) netted 15 points to lead Russia.
Montenegro jumped to a 9:4 lead early in the game but Russia quickly turned things around. They finished the first period up by 9 points 22:13. Russia stayed in front throughout the second term. They accumulated a 39:32 halftime lead. The gap grew in the third term. Russia ran away to a 20-point distance and never looked back en route to the victory.
